This is not an easy task as new technology constantly changes the way we live and work, and climate change forces us to adapt. The impact of these is significant. Concrete lasts a very long time and we should think of future needs when we shape it today. Some ideas of possible future technological developments are discussed, and how we could try to future-proof some of what we build today.
