STRENGTH EVOLUTION WAS ASSESSED AND THE MODIFICATIONS PROMOTED IN THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND THE PORE SOLUTION COMPOSITION WAS EVALUATED UP TO 90 DAYS OF CURING. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO PRODUCE CEM X WITH BETTER PERFORMANCE RESULTS THAN CONVENTIONAL CEMENTS.
