AN EVALUATION METHODOLOGY FOR CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEMS ANALYSIS
Abstract eng: The search for quality in housing projects involves the evaluation of its constructive systems. In this context, an Academic Research has been initiated in 2011 comprising eight Brazilian Federal universities, aiming to improve Social Interest Housing's (SIH) projects. A group of aspects were taken into account to define quality in design and construction. The research proposes an analysis methodology considering the main requirements for each of these aspects. It is expected that this work will contribute to a development of a Database of Constructive systems, with the potential to serve as a tool in the decision-making process.
