THIS PAPER EXPLAINS THE STRUCTURE OF THE TOOL AND USES THE DESIGN OF A CONCRETE BEAM ELEMENT AS A CASE TO DEMONSTRATE HOW IT WORKS. THE TOOL IS TO BE EXPANDED TO INCLUDE MORE MATERIALS, BUILDING COSTS AND COMPLETE BUILDING STRUCTURES IN ITS INTENDED ENVIRONMENT.
