The present paper attempts to predict service life of RC structures by accelerating the corrosion process and applying corrosion cracking theory. In this, service life is calculated from the corrosion current values by using simple mathematical expressions based on corrosion cracking theory. The objective is to justify the effect of rebar diameter and concrete composition on service life of the resultant structure by the proposed model.
