Everybody is involved and engineers play a special role in it simply because they may considerably influence future solutions for our living conditions and living quality with their activities. We should be able to find solutions that are clever and reasonable enough to keep stable development that is well harmonized with the needs of the human as well as the nature. Present paper intends to give examples for the challenges and possibilities of sustainability.
