Abstract eng: Marked changes in building have come with new user claims which flows from external enviroment. These changes rise demands on quality, safety and life of building. For building is characteristic consecutive production of quality as a result of activity various subjects during leverage lot of factors in course of whole process of production. Work advertise imporatace of quality in all branches of industry, mainly in building.
