K únosnosti ocelových rozpěrných kotev namáhaných smykem


Abstract eng:
The paper deals with problems of the actual behaviour of steel expansion anchors to concrete subjected to transversal force. For a long time, on the workplace of the Dept. of Metal and Timber Structures of the Faculty of Civil Eng. at BUT Brno, the research programme oriented to the investigation of load-carrying capacity of anchor elements post-installed to concrete is realized; this research based on the elaboration of the results of experimental verification of strain and failure mechanisms and objective ultimate strength respects uncertainties going from the random variability of mechanical and geometrical quantities, and also from the test number. Within the frame of this solution the part of activities is directed to the problems of the behaviour and load-carrying capacity of expansion anchors subjected to shear, from the viewpoint of particular failure mechanisms and the determination of design load-carrying capacities based on the statistic or probabilistic, respectively, evaluation of test results.
