Such an evaluation consist of: - analysis of the fundamental problems, - numerical estimation of laboratory test. An important supplement for the evaluation can be successful repetition of numerical tests for another constitutive model of the same class. A method of evaluation of the elasto-plastic damage model is presented. Subject of numerical analysis for (e-p-d) model are several specimens of masonry that vary in dimension. Results are compared to those obtained for nonlocal-plastic damage model. The scale problem and comparison to laboratory results issue will be discussed, to.
