Simulace, predikce a operativní řízení odtoku vody z povodí za povodňových situací v podmínkách neurčitosti

Abstract eng:
Simulation, operative prediction and operative control of water runoff from a river basin take place under the conditions of a considerable indeterminacy. This situation is given by the fact that boundary conditions of the solution (i.e. precipitation above a river basin is) are stochastic processes and by many other reasons, such as selection of a river basin schematization, inaccuracy of a meteorological and hydrological quantities measurement, imperfection of the used models, often the vague description of partial components of the actual process etc. The predicted hydrological quantities, especially water flow in river network, are declared as deterministic, which is problematic, as they are stochastic processes. The article indicates the possibilities of the future progress in operative hydrology and the constructions of the stochastic predictions of the water runoff from the river basins and their use in the operative control of water flow during the flood situations.
