000002788 520__ $$2eng$$aReason of the flood was combination of melting of high snow cover and precipitation. Dam body before coming high-flood-water wave was nearly having finished of building-up, with thin grass. Filling and discharging of dry reservoir was very fast. Efficiency of transformation of discharge wave below dry reservoir was very high and it achieved the decreasing from 22 to 7 m3s-1. During running of flood unacceptable phenomena appeared which resulted from used material on building-up dam body. Following measures were taken after flood: - Sealing-off dam body by underground sealing wall around safety spillway. By reason of increase in capacity of the footstone drain (elimination compressive schedule in drain) parallel foot drain was build. New drain is interconnected with the existing drain.
