In the 1970s, with the rapid development of the GPS technology, a new era of Geodesy that overcomes conventional means’s limitations has come. During the 1990s, GPS accuracy has reached to 10-8. China has basically established a GPS seismic monitoring network,with this network the dynamic crust changes can be monitored and the Earth's interior and crust movement trends can also be analyzed.
