In this paper, the theories and steps of base-isolated structure with rubber-bearing design are introduced, then a practical example with isolating rubber-bearings and the corresponding design process are introduced and the simulation results are analyzed. The flexible connecting device of isolation layer design and a connection method of isolation bearing without top fixing plate are introduced.
