Levels of analyses for fire design: From material to structures
Abstract eng: The paper gives an overview of recent studies on the fire behavior of steel structures on the material, cross-sectional, member and global structural level. A recent study that aims at analyzing the fire behavior of high-strength steel members is also presented. This study analyzes the influence of the high-strength steel material behavior on the cross section and member behavior.
