More specifically, this work focuses on how thermal cycling causes impedance measurements to drift and eventually stabilize after many cycles. This impedance drift may lead to significant implications for impedance-based structural health monitoring systems, strain sensing, and precision positioning devices that are implemented in dynamic temperature environments.
