Numerical strength analyses were done for the two basic clinical cases: MOD (mesial-occlusal-distal) reconstruction and total crown overlay. In conclusion, the reconstructions with variant number of post of different material and depth of insertion were chosen to play a protective role in preventing the root and the whole crown against catastrophic fractures.
