The formulated effective medium theory approach can be used to model nanocomposites with multiple randomly oriented or aligned inclusions that are non-homogeneously dispersed in the matrix. The applications of the formulated effective medium theory are demonstrated using previously published experimental and numerical results for several particulate nanocomposites.
