By introducing the surface elastic constants, closed-form solutions of the pore-load modulus are obtained, which turn out to be a function of the porosity, the material properties of the matrix, and the geometrical arrangement of pores. Furthermore, it also depends on the pore size and surface elastic constant when the surface effect cannot be ignored.
