000014351 520__ $$2eng$$aThin aluminum plate is prone to buckle after welding. The buckling distortion is induced by the non-uniform welding stresses. To predict the critical stress in the buckling distortion accurately, a rational analysis is presented in this paper. The non-uniform welding stresses is represented by mathematical equations. Then, the prediction model of critical buckling stress is established to predict the critical stress.
