A brief derivation of the interaction equations will be given, followed by the presentation of the results of numerical computations corresponding to nonlinear travelling-wave states bifurcating from the lower branch linear neutral point. The states are observed to localize in the spanwise direction with increasing amplitude due to the formation of a singularity which slowly develops in the governing interaction equations.
