The model is formulated in the rate form which requires integration in time. Several integration schemes based on the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg (RKF) methods of different order have been investigated. The RKF methods have been implemented in the FE code SIFEL and there is a comparison of their performance on a benchmark example of triaxial test. The mechanical model is accompanied with the model of one-phase water flow in the porous medium.
