Adjustment of regulatory documents of the Russian Federation in the field of wind loads on building structures on the basis of learning and adaptation of the Eurocodes requirements
Abstract eng: This paper analyses the Russian and foreign scientific and technical, regulatory, methodological framework affecting the scientific and technical problem of modelling the impact of wind on buildings and structures to identify key requirements for such testing and modern world trends. In the paper, an analysis of domestic and foreign regulations. The modern scientific-technical and methodological framework for simulation of wind effects, existing in Russia is being analysed.
