Working Characteristics of Building Materials on the Basis of the Biomass


Abstract eng:
In this paper the basic material characteristics are presented as well as the characteristics of the heat transfer in the building composites, wherein the organic aggregates are comprised of materials as – salvage wood chips, reed, straw, wood sawdust. The attention is focused mainly to the wood chips. The extent theoretic-experimental research has been carried out in the co-operation between the Institute of Construction and Architecture SAS in Bratislava, RPIC Malacky and company Eko Watt Láb, l.t.d.. The research was co-financed by the project EU – the programme INTEREG III A AT/SK. The results were a source of the comprehensive information, which optimised the organisational and financial criteria of the production and particularly have defined the technologies of the production process including the design of the prescriptions of the production mixtures.
