At present it has been proved that the post of investor’s resident inspector is very useful service especially for a client or a building owner without necessary professional knowledge. A lot of experiences based on arguments between construct contractors show clearly the necessity of having high quality investor’s resident inspector. The post of investor’s resident inspector becomes then an important means of communication during both the preparatory and later implementation part of a construction, which helps the client and also the builder to complete constructions successfully. The role of investor’s resident inspector takes place in several levels and structures according to particular periods of preparation and implementation. This is the topic of this paper.
