Európske realitné investičné trusty

Abstract eng:
Real estate investment trusts (REIT) are the viable institutional vehicles that enable the growth of real estate market efficiency by investing the funds of small as well as larger investors into the market segments that lack enough funding. In spite of these advantages there are many impediments in the European Union that at this moment prevent achieving the above-mentioned advantages. The paper study these impediments and shows how the present situation can be positively changed based on the experiences of the countries where the substantial progress and the critical mass of experiences have been achieved.
