Abstract eng: The development of new legal frameworks for spatial planning reflecting the goals of sustainability and competitiveness is one of the important challenges in current phase of spatial development not only in Slovakia. This is connected with the task to complete the system of land-us/territorial planning in the dimension of socio-economic strategic development management and landscape planning towards comprehensive planning system reflecting three dimension of sustainable development – social, environmental and economic development.
