Územné plánovanie a udržateľný rozvoj obytných súborov


Abstract eng:
Spatial planning is a tool which aim is support and coordinates all development processes on the area (territory) and save the environment. The main goals of spatial planning are: encourage sustainable development, encourage economically uses of natural sources and save natural and manmade cultural heritage. One of the important functions of human settlements is provide for people quality housing and living conditions. Housing can be described from different point of views like standard (equipment), floor space, energy efficiency or localization. Localization is one of the very important factors which have serious influence on price of property on the real estate market. The functional uses and the localization of new development areas (residential/non residential) are regulated by spatial plans. In this paper the author tries to investigate the influence of spatial planning process on sustainable development of residential areas.
