Posuzování pozemních komunikací z hlediska bezpečnosti
Abstract eng: Parameters of the accident rate reach in the Czech Republic all the time extreme values and for the time being there is not a big hope for remarkable change for better. In 2007 a further growth of all basic indicators of accident rate was recorded, especially in the number of accidents and theirs´ consequences. The growth appears particularly on local roads and on selected street network of big towns, where it presents up to 25% more. By carrying out of calming on trunk-roads, streets and living zones we can heavily contribute to reducement of accident rate and to the abatement of theirs consequences and to the improvement of the environment as well.
