000002707 520__ $$2eng$$aPresented work describes part of grant project Complex modeling of fracture experiments which deals with correct selection of softening law in tension for numerical modeling of structures made of cement composites. For that purpose numerical study with five softening functions was carried out. The best parameters of studied functions were identified using artificial neural network based identification method.
