000002708 520__ $$2eng$$aThis paper is aimed for researching dynamic response of steel tank under the seismic load. For description of tank’s behavior the finite element model in ANSYS software has been prepared. Several computational models have been made according to type of subsoil models (rigid and elastic). Fluid-structure interaction is taken into account. When loading the computational model with seismic movement of subsoil, which is defined by recorded data, response was obtained either by integration of equation of motion or solving the spectrum analysis.
