Príprava, realizácia a prevádzkovanie ČOV Poprad-Matejovce – Inžinierska stavba roka 2007

Abstract eng:
Presented contribution describes the history and preliminary preparation of the project „Completion of Waste Water Treatment Plant Poprad - Matejovce“ co-financed by EU ISPA/CF fund. The most important issues of the project implementation are discussed from the point of view of design, financing, construction, project and contract management as well as the start-up operation of the plant. The paper evaluates the one-year operational data of plant including effluent quality of treated water and summarizes the reached results in accordance with the expected physical indicators. The successful project was awarded “Engineering Construction of the Year 2007”.
