Revitalizace území, vodní stavitelství a olympijské stavby


Abstract eng:
Canoeing as a typical outdoor sport activity can positively as well as negatively influence countryside and urban environment. Natural conditions and rivers allow training and racing only during suitable hydrological periods. That is why constructing artificial canoe slalom courses (hydrotecnique structures) in relation to both sports and commercial reasons as well as utilization of urban river brownfields with respect urban areas environment. Canoe slalom artificial courses is an attempt for copying of natural hydraulic phenomena in open river basins and their transfer into an artificially built river basin. In relation to the rate of success of the individual sports disciplines included in the program of the Summer Olympic Games, the canoe slalom was always subject to one of the highest interest.
