Základné právne kultúry sveta a globálne právo


Abstract eng:
Prescriptive law and natural law are fundamentalyin direct contradiction since prescriptive law is based on directional prescribed legal acts. On the other hand natural law is based on norms that are bound by nature, god and human reasoning. Existing basic legal cultures are distinguished and described byidentical system of law origins, law structure, forming techniques, implementation, aplication and law interpretation. Proces of globalization is surely noticable in its influence on legal order of particular countries and also on all basic legal cultures of the world.
