Mathematical modeling of heat process in automobile tyre


Abstract eng:
Cyclic strain of tyres leads to hysteresis loses. Long-term and repeated deformation damages tenacity of composite structure of tyre, which causes destruction of tyre. Radial personal tyres were laboratory tested on HASBACH test machine. The tyres were dynamically loaded. Changes of temperature of tyre were measured using thermocouples. The measurements were realized for various types of radial tyres and dependency temperature versus time for various values of internal tyre pressure and rotational velocity was measured. Suitable mathematic models were created. Parameters were determined using nonlinear regression from measured values.
