The analyse and recognition objects in the picture by phase correlation

Abstract eng:
This work belongs to the sphere of computer vision. It deals with the human sperm analysis. The sterility of the current pairs is caused by the man in more than thirty percents. There can be several reasons: hypospadias, drinking alcohol, drug taking, smoking, steroids, using several drugs, several illnesses too, frequent sauning, hot baths, wearing tight clothes and sitting in the job. Nowadays, the necessity of superior and reliable analysis of separate samples occurs much more often. Therefore, this work which uses the method of Phase correlation for recognition the samples arose. Due to the method of Phase correlation the movement of all objects in the picture can be recognized. As the source of the method a CCD camera placed on a microscope taking snaps of video-sequence of the samples which are divided into single snaps was used. The method of Phase correlation doesn’t operate in the real time because the time of processing single snaps depends on many factors. However, the method has many advantages and can be used for the analyses of single objects in the picture. Úvod: Tato práce patří do oblasti počítačového vidění. Počítačové vidění je disciplína, která se technickými prostředky snaží napodobit lidský zrak. Oči jsou pro člověka jedním z největších zdrojů informací. Zdrojem pro zpracování a případného rozpoznání obrazu je obrazová informace o reálném světě, která vstupuje do systému pomocí CCD kamery. Pro počítačové vidění je typická snaha porozumět obrazové scéně, k tomuto účelu je třeba obrovské databáze znalostí a zkušeností. Z tohoto důvodu je tato disciplína velmi komplikovaná a časově náročná. Metoda Fázové korelace pracuje s pohyblivou obrazovou scénou, kdy všechny objekty jsou analyzovány současně. Vzhledem k obrovskému množství dat se pro zpracování používá stacionárních obrazových snímků získaných z CCD kamery, která je umístěna na mikroskopu.
