Reduction method for investigation eigenfrequences and eigenvectors of mechanical systems


Abstract eng:
This paper presents evolution of the reduction method for solution of natural frequencies of mechanical systems. The purpose of the reduction method is to reduce the number of DOF and decrease computing time. The proposed method is generalization method of modal synthesis, which is based on decomposition of the structure. The model of solved problem is made by using ANSYS and then is transported to MATLAB. The algorithm code is written in MATLAB.
