000003508 520__ $$2eng$$aThe current research results of the development and verification of an active vibration isolation feedback control system of driver seat are presented in the paper. The driver seat mechanism without damper and with air spring is controlled in the laboratory. The air spring is used as actuator and as elastic element in the system. The compensation – linearization of the strongly non-linear flow characteristics of the pneumatic valve is also presented in the paper.
