The mentioned algorithm accommodates a lot of material parameters and functions (deformation energy, remodeling force) that are necessary to choose in order to the results to be in correspondence to the experimental data. However, this model is able to be considered more physically based that other, purely phenomenological models. The goal of the paper is not to find real parameters but to show the possibilities and qualitative match with known results.
