MODELLING OF THE PIEZO-EFFECT BASED ON THE GROWTH THEORY
Abstract eng: The general growth and remodeling theory of DiCarlo is applied on the modeling of piezoelectric effect. This model is verified on the 1D stack comparing the numerical results with the published experimental data. The further possibility of this model to take in account the change of stiffness is outlined.
