000003911 520__ $$2eng$$aThe purpose of this paper is to present numerical simulation of unsteady steam flow in a high-pressure turbine stage. The stage represents experimentally investigated turbine stage of ŠKODA POWER a.s. Numerical simulation includes the effect of the labyrinth seal at the shroud. The flow field of unsteady flow for two types of stationary blades is compared. The first type is the prismatic stationary blade, the second one is the stationary blade of the compound lean shape. Both of these variants were experimentally investigated. The results were treated and compared with those from numerical simulations.
