Adjustment of the equilibrium position of the semiactively controlled suspension of the ambulance-couch

Abstract eng:
The spring-suspension of ambulance-couch is realized by means of the controlled air-springs and of the locating 3D-mechanism with 3 degrees of freedom: The parallelogram for the vertical translation consists of the four springs and double Cardan’s suspension, for the rotation around the both horizontal axes – each frame has two springs. If the internal frame is loaded with human body, the parallelogram is softly adjusted towards the equilibrium position at locked Cardan’s suspension (the pressure in all the springs is equal). And then the both frames are statically balanced (in general case the pressure is different). All springs are controlled semiactively by the electropneumatic proportional valves. In the paper is described the algorithm which controls balancing of the suspension in the equilibrium state at a general position of the load.
