Abstract eng: This paper deals with introduction to problems of automatic analyses and recognition of moving objects in the picture by phase correlation. The Method of Phase correlation compare spectrum of both images obtained from CCD camera and evaluate all features of the objects. This method is advanced to be applied in biomedical application.
