Within the framework of Component B, subcomponent B.3 “Risk Assessment of Cultural Heritage Buildings” funds a technical assistance program to address the vulnerability of building with cultural heritage value. The project has five components, from literature to field survey, to vulnerability and risk assessment of almost 200 buildings and the development of a GIS database. The paper proposed here will provide an overview of the project and specifically discuss the methodology and results of the seismic vulnerability and risk assessment components.
