Optimization of the dynamics of a constant-temperature anemometer

Abstract eng:
This work presents the experimental arrangement of the laboratory activities for the graduated Instrumentation course at the Interdisciplinary Center of Fluid Dynamics, in which the technique based on a Constant-Temperature Hot-Wire Anemometer is explored. The main purposes will be discussed. The central contribution is to propose a methodology to numerically obtain the value of the parameter responsible for the optimization of the frequency response of the instrument.
