Elastic Semi-space Impacted with Elastic Filled Shell


Abstract eng:
a solution is found to a non-stationary contact problem of impact of a thin-walled elastic round cylindrical shell filled with elastic medium on elastic semi-space. By virtue of principle of superposition and boundary conditions the problem is converted into a system of functional resolving equations. In order to resolve such system, a numerical and analytical quadrature-based algorithm was developed. PROBLEM
