Analysis of optimization possibility of reliability testing from the aspect of their realization's costs
Abstract eng: The paper deals with the actual problem in the field of dependability - the economics aspects of reliability testing. The paper points on input costs analysis connected with reliability testing, mathematical model of costs, formulas for optimal reliability test, choice of optimal tests selection criteria and at the end the paper discuss the design of procedure for reliability tests costs optimization.
