The effect of surface waviness on contact behaviors in multiferroic structures

Abstract eng:
This work establishes a sliding rough interface model involving the multiferroic structures comprising of piezoelectric materials and magneto-electro-elastic materials with anisotropy The interface is sliding at a constant velocity with the Galilean transformation used to address it, The partial contact between the two wavy surfaces of anisotropic piezoelectric materials and anisotropic magneto-electro-elastic materials is characterized as a sinusoidal function Operator theory is applied to obtain the general solutions of the governing equations related to smart structures Figures are drawn to reveal the influences of ket parameters, such as the gap at the crests
