The fluid dynamics of the chocolate fountain: An engaging project
Abstract eng: We present a study of the chocolate fountain, carried out as an undergraduate project. Immediately engaging as a topic of conversation (and for public engagement activity), the chocolate fountain also presents opportunities to introduce key concepts of fluid mechanics and of applied mathematics research.
