Proposal of Quantitative Evaluation Methods and Countermeasures of Stranded Commuters At the Time of Large-Scale Disasters
Abstract eng: In the Tokyo metropolitan area to a wide variety of capital function is concentrated, are many of the stranded commuters are expected to occur at the time of the capital directly under earthquake.This study reveals by simulation the distribution of each elapsed time of the number of people intended for the people to go home on foot from Tokyo the five central wards of Tokyo to Kanagawa Prefecture direction.
