Kinematic excited vibration of bladed disk

Abstract eng:
The work introduces the methodology of modelling a steam turbine bladed disk vibration. A decomposition method of complex system into components – blades, blade packets connected by shroud and disk, in which the blades are fixed – is used. After the investigation of blade rim connected with the rigid disk and bladed disk modal properties, the forced vibration due to aerodynamic excitation is computed as well as stress analysis. The bladed disk model is completed by kinematic excitation, which is caused by rotor forced vibration.
